**DESCRIPTION**
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
+ Supports colleagues to strengthen customer relationships.
+ Works with sales staff, customers, and potential customers to resolve technical or engineering issues affecting the sale, installation, and use of company products.
+ Proposes changes to products and services that reduce costs and increase sales.
+ Trains sales staff in technical development.
+ Evaluates products and solutions based on customer requirements.
+ Participates in all technical aspects of sales.
+ Prepares operation manuals, reference materials, or training materials for customers and salespeople.
+ Uses Six Sigma certification to improve operating costs and product reliability and durability for customers.
+ Guides and trains less experienced technical support specialists.
+ Accompanies and follows up on key accounts.
+ Leads teams with external customers.
+ Provides technical support on products.
+ Leads projects.
To succeed in this position, you will need the following:
+ Technical Support Knowledge of Cummins products.
+ Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI).
+ Knowledge of Salesforce.
+ Intermediate – Advanced Conversational English.

**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
**Experience**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience related to customer support.
