Als Technical Support Engineer (m/w/d) am Standort Haan unterstützen Sie unsere Field Service Engineers sowie unsere Kunden vor Ort mit ganzheitlicher technischer Betreuung und Analyse.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Durchführung von Air Audit Messungen bei Kunden in der DACH-Region (inkl. Reisetätigkeit mit Übernachtungen)Vorbereitung und Aufbau des Messequipments vor OrtProbenahme (Öl, Partikel, Wasser) und Auswertung im Labor in HaanAnalyse und Aufbereitung der MessergebnisseTechnischer Support für interne/externe KundenVerwaltung und Organisation zentraler Mess- und Werkzeuge, inkl. Prüfung, Nachbestellung und SpezialausstattungKoordination von Arbeitskleidung und PSA für Field Service EngineersDurchführung von Trainings für neue Mitarbeitende

Ihr Profil:

Technische Ausbildung in Mechatronik, Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder einem ähnlichen BereichKenntnisse im Bereich der Drucklufttechnik, Kältetechnik oder Absorptionstechnik sind von VorteilFührerschein Klasse BFließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftHohes Maß an Reisebereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
