By joining us as a **Technical Support Engineer II, Service Proposal,** you will play a key role in supporting the Lifecycle Sales team by preparing accurate and timely service and parts proposals that align with customer specifications and requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Lifecycle Services Sales Team, collaborating with consultants, field service engineers, technical support, factories, and suppliers to develop quotes and tailored solutions for the diverse industries our customers operate in.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Prepare and submit accurate technical and commercial proposals to customers.
+ Collaborate with Emerson factories, sales offices, colleagues, suppliers, and customers both locally and globally.
+ Address and resolve technical inquiries from the sales team and external customers.
+ Perform product model configuration using Emerson’s proprietary tools.
+ Maintain comprehensive records of all activities using business systems such as CRM Cloud, Oracle, and other customer management tools.
+ Work closely with a supportive and dynamic team that encourages your professional growth and career development within Emerson.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
+ 1.5 years of relevant experience in customer service doing technical proposal generation, equipment sizing, and selection.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Knowledge of engineering specifications related to process control.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cloud, Oracle, and Emerson Measurement Solutions products is a plus.
