It is the contact and link between OEM and the Shop to accomplish the following: clarify criteria, obtain repairs, conduct improvement methods by monitoring CSC cases based on OEM instructions, Customers and Aeronautical Authorities. **Complementary Description** Provides answer to technical inquiries from Operations (NC, ANDON, etc) related to the product. Gives support to technical inquiries from internal areas (Repairs, Inspection, Configuration, Purchasing, etc). Creates technical reports for investigation engines. Does analysis and proposal of instructions for reworks on the Shop Visit. Participates in preparation meetings for engine's induction to provide technical feedback on instructions.
