Technical Support Engineer H/M Job field : Customer services and support Location : Queretaro , Mexico Contract type : Permanent Contract duration : Full-time Required degree : Bachelor's Degree Required experience : More than 3 years Professional status : Professional, Engineer & Manager Spoken language(s) : English Fluent \# SAESA REP-152525 Apply with one click Any questions ? **Job Description** Based on compliance with the instructions and requirements described in SAESA's quality and safety management systems, manufacturer's manuals (OEM), as well as customer specifications and the standards of the applicable regulatory authorities, the technical support engineer has the following responsibilities: To contribute to corporate goals by ensuring technical dominance monitoring production lines, ensuring airworthiness regulations compliance and flawless production through Engineering dispositions with a cost reduction mindset and improving Retex collection & feedback to the industrialization team. **Complementary Description** The technical support engineer should be able to: - Provide technical support to production - Provide engineering dispositions in case of anomaly report - Monitor the production lines from a technical standpoint - Participate in the compliance of the unit production goals in terms of SPT, NQC, OTD - Improve rework rates from a technical/processes standpoint - Communicate Achievements, Issues/Risk, Need help and next steps - Improve the Retex collection & feedback to the industrialization teams - Improve the quality of the production line being product oriented - Improve the proximity with the operational people improving response time, relationship and innovation - Provide technical support in the investments projects **Job Requirements** TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED - Analysis and interpretation of technical information - Knowledge of manufacturing and special processes - Interpretation of geometric tolerances (GD&T) - MRO repairs & production support experience - Quality management system and tools (PQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA) - Troubleshooting tools (8D, 5WH, RPO, etc) - Continuous improvement tools (Lean -Six Sigma, QRQC, AGILE, PDCA, A3, etc) - Engine performance general knowledge - Project planning - Interpretation and analysis of technical manuals - Knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing processes - Leadership - Conflict management - Influential and persuasive **But what else?
