Based in Madrid or Cornella, the primary function of the role is to provide quotations/proposals for FLEXIM products working as part of the Internal Sales team in conjunction with Field Sales Engineers, ensuring the highest standards are maintained in providing service to both internal and external customers and that bookings targets for the Spain & Portugal are achieved or exceeded. If this sounds like an appealing job for you, we welcome your application! **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Respond to sales enquiries from customers, qualifying all enquiries to ensure proposals demonstrate FLEXIM full product and capabilities portfolio, improving all bookings opportunities and quote to order ratio. + Ensure all proposals meet the customers’ application and operational needs, are technically accurate and commercially verified and offer the best solutions that highlight customer business benefits. + Assist Outside Sales Engineers’ needs in distribution of marketing materials. + Ensure full compliance with legal and Company requirements with regards to Trade Compliance and Ethical Business and follow the necessary procedures. + Liaise with Field Sales and Account Management to prioritize effort, gather competitive intelligence, agree product direction and price strategy to improve customer service consistent with account plans that contribute to their ongoing development. + Respond to customer queries and clarification requests, follow-up targeted opportunities directly with customers. + Using standardized European and Business Unit processes, ensure the timely entering of orders into the sales order processing system verifying that all data is checked and accurate. + Improve opportunities for all other Emerson Business units wherever possible; + Be organized in your approach to quotations, time management and be able to coordinate others when needed within your specific work area; + Fulfill any other reasonable duties as required procedures. **Who You Are:** You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity.
