Technical Support Desk
**Introduction** We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Help Desk Executive to provide first-level support to users experiencing technical issues. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of computer systems, and a passion for helping others. **Your role and responsibilities** * Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems. * Log and track issues using ticketing tools and ensure timely resolution. * Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams. * Provide step-by-step assistance to customers for basic IT support needs. * Guide users through installation processes, password resets, connectivity issues, etc. * Maintain records of issues and solutions for future reference. * Follow up with users to ensure full resolution of issues **Required technical and professional expertise** * Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, internet connectivity, and common hardware. * Good verbal and written communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English/Hindi]. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. * Strong customer service attitude. * Problem-solving and analytical thinking. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Any technical certification (e.g., A+, N+, or basic IT diploma) is a plus. * Experience in a BPO or IT help desk environment is an advantage but not mandatory. * Rotational shifts (including night shifts, if applicable) * 6-day working week * Fast-paced and supportive environment IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
