The Technical Support Associate provides onsite support for the installation, setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of internet-related infrastructure across DMCI Homes offices and residential sites. This role ensures proper coordination, timely resolution of issues, and consistent support during network deployments, service activations, and maintenance activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
With at least one (1) year of experience in onsite IT support, preferably with exposure to network setups or Internet Service Provider (ISP) environments
Has basic understanding of networking and internet connectivity
Familiar with setting up routers, switches, Optical Network Units (ONUs), and access points
Able to perform basic hardware installation, cabling, and testing
With strong troubleshooting, coordination, and customer service skills
Must be willing to work at the Head Office in Bangkal, Makati City
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as the first point of contact for onsite issues related to the Internet Project
Works closely with Network Administrators to troubleshoot connectivity problems, gather diagnostic information, and apply guided solutions
Assists in testing, tracing, and basic device configuration
Conducts routine inspections of deployed equipment
Coordinates with internal teams, contractors, and vendors during site installations, testing, and turnover phases
Provides advanced technical support for connectivity issues, service disruptions, and performance-related inquiries
