Danfoss is looking for an experienced Technical Support & Applications Manager based in Mexico.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Management of the Technical Support & Application teams Development of technical skills of the team members To share lessons learned and technical knowledge transfer to the team members, leveraging the knowledge management of the team New applications development for OEM customers in Mexico Technical Support for complex requirements by the customers To represent the Danfoss brand in terms of technical support to public, local institutions To participate and connect within the Danfoss Technical Support & Application network To guarantee that the complaint standard procedures are followed on a timely manner with high quality standards Drive Innovation in terms of applications and troubleshooting When needed, visit customers facilities to provide technical support or application guidance Cooperation with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness. First and foremost, you are a decisive and proactive person, who can communicate well at all levels. You are motivated by driving continuous improvements. Bachelor’s degree in engineering with expertise in thermodynamics and controls (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics) Minimum experience of 5 years in Commercial and/or Industrial refrigeration applications and Air Conditioning Minimum experience of 3 years as People Manager (Supervisor/Coordinator/Manager) Proficient English & Spanish language skills Employee Benefits
