About the job

Be part of a dynamic development team, maintaining and enhancing our client-facing product using Azure cloud infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring our software remains robust and innovative, directly impacting client satisfaction and company growth. You'll develop new features, automate data processes, and resolve technical issues, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Content Publishing teams to synchronize information and manage content.

Your responsibilities include troubleshooting software bugs, managing accounts and permissions, and resolving client support issues. By working closely with various teams and utilizing Azure DevOps, you will ensure seamless integration and timely updates, playing a crucial role in the success of our projects and overall business objectives.

Job Goals

Manage and maintain company/client accounts and permissions.

Collaborate with Sales and Product Teams to keep company and user information in sync and up-to-date.

Monitor and resolve inconsistencies between client data stored in Salesforce and in KRIQ.

Work with the Content Publishing Team to manage and upload content via Sitecore Publishing Portal.

Monitor, respond, and resolve issues reported in the client support inbox.

Monitor and triage software bugs and vulnerabilities.

This role requires managing user accounts, handling subscription updates, performing administrative tasks, and managing software finance operations. An understanding of internal systems and QA validation processes will also be essential.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

Strong analytical skills for quick analysis of business rules and user-facing issues

Attention to detail in data and content management tasks

Documentation skills to capture and visualize processes and data relationships

A plus: Understanding of .NET C#, JavaScript, and Transact-SQL, being interested in developing knowledge in the software development

A plus: Knowledge of Azure DevOps and related services such as App Services, SQL Databases, git, and deployment pipelines

Excellent level of English and communication

Required to work in US time zone
