About this opportunity:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced engineer to join our Productive Maintenance management team, to provide a high level of technical and administrative support to the area. Working on-site at the ESS/SJC Site - São José dos Campos;

 

What you will do:

Ensuring the continuity of the production process with a focus on continuous improvement and automation/digitization of activitiesManagement of external service providersMaintenance of internal routines and procedures based on the Ericsson Factory HandbookInteraction with the Production, Engineering and Quality areas to ensure the manufacture of the product within the established technical specificationsPlanning of preventive and predictive maintenanceIssuing of maintenance schedulesCreation and management of AQF (Break/Fail Analysis)Management of controls/documentation in Eridoc (Preventive/Corrective/Predictive Maintenance Reports)Documentation for auditData management - Maintenance management software. System operation (Data entry, spare parts registration and management, opening and closing of service orders)Manage preventive and predictive maintenance, lubrication and inspection plansDevelop technical procedures for maintenance activitiesSize the resources required to properly perform the activitiesManage the portfolio of planned services, which will then be transferred to the scheduleConstantly review the technical scope of maintenance activities in order to find areas for improvement, based on past experiencesCollect information that contributes to the planning and execution of activities, aiming to optimize the productivity of labor and other resources.

 

The skills you bring:

Desirable knowledge of SMT/SMA lines and experience in industrial maintenance routines/processesBehavioral skills - Teamwork, Proactivity, Good communication and ResilienceKnowledge of Project Management tools (DMAIC/Lean/SixSigma/PDCA etc.)Commitment to self-development and continuous learningStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teamsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Production EngineeringExperience with Productive Maintenance managementIntermediate/advanced level of EnglishOffice package and Power BIKnowledge of Maintenance Management Software is desirable.
