Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a law firm located Downtown. The Technical Support Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the daily technology needs of a busy firm. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing hands-on support for hardware, software, and audio/visual systems. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote and in-office work, supporting attorneys and staff to ensure seamless technology operations. Additionally, this role is direct hire and full time.
Key Responsibilities:Provide front-line support via phone, email, chat, and in personTroubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and softwareSupport meetings and events with A/V setup, including Zoom RoomsAssist with system upgrades, hardware rollouts, and software installationsMaintain IT inventory and manage loaner devicesAdminister user accounts (Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange)Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours supportDocument support activities and contribute to internal IT procedures
What We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in a technical support role within a law firm or legal departmentProficiency with Microsoft Office 2019, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11Familiarity with mobile device support (Apple and Android)Experience with legal software such as NetDocuments, Litera, and Carpe DiemKnowledge of mobile device management toolsStrong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripheralsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various office environments
