Technical Support Administrator

We are seeking a Technical Support Administrator to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Technical Support Administrator at Marsh, you will assist internal users with a wide range of technology products and services, ensuring seamless operations and high user satisfaction.

We will count on you to:

Monitor, prioritize, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.Identify, document, and resolve end-user issues related to hardware, software, and access permissions.Provision user accounts, security roles, and access groups in accordance with company policies.Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of business needs.Support testing and validation efforts during software upgrades or new implementations, working closely with project teams.Assist in onboarding new software applications, including user training and documentation.Support budget management activities related to support projects, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.

What you need to have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.+5 years of experience supporting desktop software and related technologies.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.Experience coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.Budgeting, resource planning, or financial management experience is preferred.
