System design and solution development that solve prioritized supply chain problems - from planning through delivery 2. Design, develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning,Demand Planning , Supply Planning ,Scenario modelling and Integrated Business Planning solutions through a combination of software development and 3rd party solutions in Planning 3. Work with cross-functional organizations and platforms to analyze and qualify problems through advanced data analysis techniques 4. Influence solution technology strategy across 3rd party and custom-coded technologies to establish the future state Supply Chain technology architecture 5. Integrate the solutions within end to end upstream and downstream Meta processes and tools, through APIs, web services, and other integration technologies 6. Own full technical solution and software implementation cycle from prototyping, technical design & development, testing and delivery 7. Contribute to the community through organizational efforts to build and sustain collaborative teams through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and/or development programs **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience 9. 8+ years of supply chain technical solution development - solving complex supply chain optimization and automation problems across multiple domains 10. 8+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, developing, testing and implementing supply chain solutions - both custom and 3rd party 11. 5+ years of experience in software engineering related to supply chain solutions 12. Experience in coding & scripting languages such as Python, Java, C, C++, PHP 13. Hands-on experience in solution development in Supply Chain Planning and Configuring third -party Supply Chain Planning Software( O9,Kinaxis,Oracle) supply chain optimization and implementing with an in-depth knowledge in supply chain to support automations and transformation 14. Executive communication experience, working with different functions and leadership to ensure progress on goals 15. Proven experience to influence various stakeholders to align on direction and accountable to solve complex manufacturing and supply chain problems **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16. APICS Certification Preferred: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
