Technical Supervisor - MRO - Warehousing Job ID 225414 Posted 18-Jun-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Concord - North Carolina - United States of America **About the Role:** Supervisors a team of MRO Specialists and two Shipping/Receiving Clerks responsible for spare parts and consumables for site production. Responsible for operating in CNC Space and following all client SOPs. Participates in the weekly client Logistics meeting and represents CBRE on the Global MRO Calls. Makes independent decisions on space allocations. Responsible for the Hänel storage system on site. **What You’ll Do:** + Act as liaison with technical business leaders, facilities managers, and other internal and external clients to forecast workload demand and project deliverables. + Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services. + Work with business leaders to resolve conflicting priorities. + Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities. + Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. + Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function. + Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Anticipate potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view. + Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies. + Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals. + Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence. **What You’ll Need:** + Previous leadership experience + Ability to foster and maintain a strong relationship with the client + High school diploma or GED required + Ability to read, writes legibly, & understands all department documentation required + Experience with the following is preferred + Minimum 3 year related experience, preferably in a GMP warehouse or pharmaceutical industry + Basic math skills including knowledge of metric system + Computer competencies required based Microsoft knowledge; Outlook, PowerPoint & Word + Experience with a computerized inventory system such as SAP a plus + Good written and verbal communication skills + Training or experience to demonstrate an understanding of the risks inherent to the processing, handling & storage of hazardous materials + Ability to operate stand-up & sit-down forklifts + Experience with the following is a plus: + Maximo + SAP + Ariba + Good organizational skills + Ability to execute a work plan & adapt to changes in the schedule. **Why CBRE?** A culture of respect, integrity, service and excellence crafts our approach to every opportunity!
