Job Description Technical Superintendent – Established Shipping Company – Genoa, Italy

We are currently partnering with an established shipping company in Genoa to appoint an experienced Technical Superintendent to join their shoreside team.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a shoreside role as a Technical Superintendent. Ideally has sailed as Chief Engineer and transitioned into a technical management position ashore. Strong knowledge of vessel maintenance, repair, and operational compliance. Ability to work closely with senior management, ship crews, and technical teams to ensure vessels remain in peak condition. Must already be based in Italy – relocation support is not available. The Opportunity:
