Job Location San José Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Agile team as a Transport/Change/Test Manager and Scrum Master Assistant. This role plays a key part in supporting SAP projects by managing transports, coordinating change requests, and assisting in test cycle management using Active Control, with a strong focus on the XBOX (P&G Tool) and TMS platforms. The ideal candidate will also support Scrum-related activities and ensure seamless collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: + Manage SAP transport movement across all system landscapes to ensure successful deployment of changes. + Create and track Change Requests for production deployment. + Set up and manage Panaya Cycles, including test uploads and tracking test progress for Agile teams. + Coordinate and monitor RFC status alongside the Scrum Master to ensure timely resolution. + Interact daily with Scrum team members and Business Process Experts to support agile project execution. + Provide general assistance to the Scrum Master in managing sprints, deliverables, and process efficiency. Job Qualifications Must-Have Skills: + Strong project management capabilities, with a proactive mindset and attention to detail + Hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM + Practical knowledge of Active Control, especially for managing SAP transport and change requests + Familiarity with SAP master data, including Vendor, Customer, and Material records + Proficiency in English (B2+ level or higher) + Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration Preferred: + Ongoing or completed studies in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or Project Management + Experience supporting or coordinating SAP-related projects in a team environment Important Note for Candidates: Before submitting your application, we strongly encourage you to review the following material: Hiring Process and Assessment Information (https://www.pgcareers.com/cr/en/hiring-process#assessment) .
