Biosense Webster is a key growth driver for the Global Surgery Group, operating in a fast growing and rapidly developing Electrophysiology marketplace. As a business we have a close relationship and understanding with our customers and as a result, have a strong product portfolio today and a strong pipeline for the future. **Who will you be working with:** You will work closely with your Sales Specialist colleagues, to drive business plans for your territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be encouraged to collaborate with other members of the regional team, such as New Technology Specialists and other Technical Specialists, in order to optimize customer experience and improve sales and take share opportunities. **Who are we looking for?** + A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred. + Proven experience as a clinical support specialist within the medical device field. + 3D mapping experience preferred but not crucial. + Proficient in English both verbal and written communication. + Excellent listening skills. + Ability to build positive relationships quickly. + Have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and the ability tocommunicate effectively with all partners within the EP lab setting. + Self-disciplined, organised, and able to take ownership and responsibility for businessobjectives and your own time management. + A team player and entrepreneurial problem solver. + The ability to positively influence thinking, behaviour and gain dedication. + Trained in applying sophisticated Microsoft package skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andOutlook + Full & clean driving license
