Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to ensure the integration of a GESI-transformative approach in all project components, including conducting GESI assessments, developing and implementing GESI Action Plans.Design, lead, and monitor the implementation of targeted GESI activities, including research, training, capacity gap assessments, and development of training modules and toolkits for project staff and community facilitators.Build and maintain strong partnerships with women-led and community-based groups, government entities, NGOs, and internal departments.Ensure adherence to donor and organizational standards, policies, and documentation requirements.Drive the documentation of best practices and lessons learned, support community-level learning events, and contribute to a strong knowledge base on GESI integration for internal use and dissemination to external stakeholders and donors.

Required Qualifications

Four years of experience in the Development Sector with sound subject knowledge, programmatic and field experiences in Gender Equality & Social Inclusion.Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Gender Studies/ Human Rights/ Development Studies.Experience in effective delivery of GESI related project activities at community level.Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.Excellent oral and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
