**Job Description:** Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is a Fortune 200 company that produces diversified products in global markets. The Food Equipment Group, one of seven ITW decentralized business segments, is seeking a Pricing and Project Technical Specialist for the Hobart Warewash Division at its Troy, Ohio facility, located 20 minutes north of the Dayton metropolitan area. The Warewash Business Unit produces Hobart, Stero and Somat branded commercial dishwashers, waste equipment and disposers used in hotels, hospitals, restaurants, cruise ships, schools and universities, retail and government. We are in search of a Technical Specialist to provide support to the Food Service sales organizations by creating accurate quotations and providing other technical support tasks for our dealers, end-users, consultants, vendors or Territory Sales Managers that sell Warewash/Waste equipment. Reporting to the Technical Specialty Manager, the successful candidate will receive and interpret information provided from requestors to ensure the final quote is accurate for custom scenarios; prepare quotes using AutoQuotes (quoting system), answer both internal and external customer questions regarding custom specification to provide the best quoted product. Candidates will be offered on-the-job training for our internal databases, quoting software and documentation software. Other projects and opportunities may be assigned based on candidates experience and acclimation. This is an on-site position with typical business hours with a hard-working, supportive and fun technical team. The minimum qualifications are: + Associate Degree in Business _or_ equivalent experience + 2+ years of pricing / quotation, or related experience required + Technical aptitude is a must.
