You have:

10+ years in software development with 2–3 years in a Tech Lead / Senior roleHands-on experience with distributed systems and large-scale applicationsExperience in building NMS/EMS or OSS applicationsKnowledge of SMO / ORAN / rAPPs fundamentalsExposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environmentsStrong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
