​IF YOU HAVE  Exceptional Lithuanian language knowledge as well as fluency in EnglishMin 3 years of experience in similar automotive customer service or technical support roleA "trouble-shooter" mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externallyProven organizational skills and attention to detailProactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving results and having "can do" attitude

WE TRUST YOU WILL BE ABLE TO

Provide technical advice and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email regarding damages, repairs, maintenance, tires, insurance casesAdminister and manage replacement car arrangements and special agreementsOversee invoicing, crediting, and expense management for service workHandle critical customer issues and discrepanciesBuild strong relationships with repair shops and car dealers for client benefitsCollaborate with Sales and Customer Service for seamless client experienceNegotiate service agreements and manage supplier communicationsPrioritize tasks to ensure operational excellence and contribute to Ayvens' success
