Bajo la supervisión directa del Superintendente de Mantenimiento, será responsable de realizar tareas de mantenimiento general en equipos de proceso e instalaciones, cumpliendo con los planes preventivos establecidos, proponiendo mejoras y aportando valor mediante sus actividades. Se espera que contribuya al desempeño y eficiencia operativa de la planta. Todo el trabajo deberá llevarse a cabo conforme a las normas y reglamentos de seguridad de Copeland Guadalajara. **Responsabilidades: Lo que harás** + Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento eléctrico, mecánico y neumático. + Atender y dar solución a fallas en equipos industriales. + Proveer mantenimiento a compresores, secadores, chillers, equipos de aire acondicionado y soldado láser. + Interpretar diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos y electrónicos. + Proponer proyectos de mejora para reducción de costos. + Dar soluciones a fallas en PLCs, generadores de atmósfera, controladores de hornos, y analizadores de gases. + Liderar equipos de trabajo para cumplir con los planes de mantenimiento bajo presión. + Cumplir con los turnos rotativos (día/noche, semana/fin de semana). **Habilidades y experiencia esenciales** + Ingeniería o técnico en Electromecánica, Mecánica, Eléctrica o carrera afín. + Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial. + Conocimientos básicos en interpretación de diagramas eléctricos. + Dominio en uso de máquinas y herramientas eléctricas, mecánicas y neumáticas. + Habilidad para resolver problemas y sentido de urgencia. + Trabajo en equipo y facilidad de relación interpersonal. + Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos. **Habilidades y experiencia deseables** + Experiencia con compresores, secadores, chillers (Scroll, Tornillo, Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Gardner Denver). + Conocimientos en equipos de aire acondicionado y detección de fugas con tecnología INFICON. + Conocimiento en equipos automatizados con PLC Allen Bradley y Siemens. + Conocimiento en generadores de atmósfera (hidrógeno/nitrógeno) y controladores de hornos (termopares, dew point, analizadores de atmósfera). + Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo y ejecutando proyectos de mejora en mantenimiento. **Onsite Work Arrangement:** This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
