Skills and Requirements -6+ years experience sourcing candidates for technical roles (Sr SDE's) in a high hiring-bar environment -Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements -Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships -Strong communication and influencing skills -Strong ATS experience (ideally iCIMS, Beamery, Hirtual, Greenhouse or something similar) -Dedication to a world-class candidate experience -Previous experience sourcing or recruiting for Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft or Netflix -Passion to embrace new technology and automation to optimize the recruitment process null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
