Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
+ Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., XML, HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
+ Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
+ 2 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
+ 2 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical business.
+ 2 years of experience with the Ads ecosystem, Google Apps Manager, business generation options for display and video, and video related technologies.
+ Experience troubleshooting Over-the-Top (OTT) streaming devices and supporting large broadcasters in live streaming or developer operations position.
+ Ability to absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $97,500-$140,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Help partners (video publishers) in their day-to-day challenges by providing consultation, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to their problems and pain points.
+ Provide troubleshooting support for Google’s dynamic dd insertion business as part of a global team (may include rotations on nights/weekends as business demands) to ensure prompt resolution of customer-impacting technical issues.
+ Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long term success and provide client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
+ Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
+ Work with large, complex data sets. Conduct end-to-end analyses that include data gathering and requirements specification, exploratory data analysis, model development, and delivery of results to business partners and executives.
