Job Summary: The Engineering Supervisor stands at the intersection of management and technical expertise, orchestrating the efforts of engineering teams to ensure projects meet specifications, deadlines, and budget requirements. In this role, they manage a larger team and play a critical role in project execution, ensuring the efficient delivery of software solutions. Responsibilities: • Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and manage workloads. • Performance Evaluation: Assess team members’ contributions. • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with development processes. Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 4 years experience, with at least 1 year experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, .NET, and C. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with software development methodologies. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
