PrimaryTechnicalContact: Providetechnicalparts advice and support to the Customer Service team, dealer network, and direct customers.Customer Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, follow up on back orders, and provide updates to customers.TechnicalAssistance: Assist customer service with parts interpretation,technicalinformation, and product specifications.Communication with OEMs: Establish and develop communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as needed.Productivity Improvement: Implement procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.Rework Coordination: Help to coordinate rework programs with Warranty and Product Manager - Equipment.Qualifications:
Experience in atechnicalrole in a commercial environment.Lawn and garden or OEM equipment experience preferable.Strong customer focus with the ability to work across internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Excellent PC and Microsoft Office literacy.Strong numeracy and literacy skills.Knowledge of safe working practices.Familiarity with SAP RP/3 and Infor CRM (desirable).Enjoys being part of a team and contributes to a positive work environment.Other Requirements:
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and maintain successful business relationships.Strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.Willingness to attend training locally as necessary.Why Toro?
