Job Summary

For our creative center in Hilversum we are looking for a Technical services & maintenance engineer with experience in building-related installations.

The Hilversum creative center is the "Flagship" in the EAME region which is visited by many customers and potential customers. It is the responsibility of the technical Services & Maintenance engineer to ensure that building-related installations are managed effectively and efficiently and that the building remains in good structural condition to allow the primary process to function as optimally as possible. Is technically responsible for renovation and/or new construction projects

Tasks

Keeping the primary process functional (including repair of urgent faults)

Follow-up and/or resolution of simple first-line failures.

Technical management of the building related installations

Technical management of contractors

Inspection of technical and structural work

Management of maintenance contracts.

Drafting and executing/coordinating small internal relocations.

Takes part in the standby service after working hours

Responsible for HVAC, electricity, fire safety & access control system.

All reasonable tasks within the Site Facilities department.

The technical engineer works together with the facility manager executing renovation

projects and to develop (long-term) maintenance plan.

Requirements:

Working on MBO / MTS level

Knowledge of NEN 3140

Written and oral skills in English and Dutch

Knowledge of building control system GBS

Good Communication skills
