The role involves executing CMPT Product TS Lab operations, conducting various tests to ensure high-quality products, and establishing lab-related documents for audits. Responsibilities include equipment calibration, waste management, supporting customer service activities, and assisting project teams with trial sample analysis and data collection.

Job Description:

Meet company core value policy and follow safety rules.

Execute CMPT Product TS Lab operations including operating the sample preparation and analytical equipment

Conduct standard and non-standard (troubleshooting, trial) tests to provide reliable & prompt results to production to ensure high quality products supporting to customers

Establish and improve Lab. related documents/ SOP’s for customer’s audits and requirements.

Follow lab’s practice for equipment calibration/maintenance, spare part, chemicals and samples management

Manage lab wastes collection, storage and removal works to maintain high standard housekeeping

Support Customer service activities : Returned product analysis Data/KPI Summary and OCAP report generation

Support Project team the trial sample analysis and data collection.

Job Qualifications:

Education : College degree or above (Bachelor of Science)

Lab analyzer experience

Willing to have shift work, carry heavy goods.

Basic Lab operation ability and experience

Good working attitude and operating discipline

Word/Excel processing and data

English reading/writing capability
