We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Service Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This individual will play a key role in managing technical service requirements, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business development in the two-wheeler automotive coatings industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the technical service needs of assigned customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships across all customer functions.
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Increase the share of business at assigned customer accounts.
Forecast and plan for service support and product supply.
Drive overall business development within the designated area.
Lead efforts in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on customer developments.
Address issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely resolutions.
Role Scope & Purpose:
Understand Axalta systems and processes.
Coordinate with various internal departments.
Establish and develop relationships with dealers.
Work closely with Product Managers and the Marketing team.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 60% travel within the assigned region based on customer needs.

Must-Have Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in the OEM Tier 1 / Two-wheeler technical service industry.
Strong understanding of automotive paint basics and defect troubleshooting.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Accountability and strong stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of robot paint application is an added advantage.
Nice-to-Have:
B.E. degree preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Diploma + B.E. Graduate
