This Position reports to:
Service Team Leader
At ABB, we are seeking a team-oriented, customer-focused colleague to support our Drives Service unit. The role involves tracking installed systems, supporting maintenance agreements, and managing reports related to installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support activities.
Key Responsibilities Ensure complete and accurate data entry for installed base systems (DIB, ServIS, Salesforce), and regularly clean and update data to maintain accuracyRegister products based on sales reports, analyze service data, and deliver reports to service management using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and ERP toolsCoordinate with operations teams to support maintenance contract schedules, track spare parts and kits with the sales support team, and assist technical service data collectionAnalyze post-service data, support stock management through order planning, and contribute suggestions to improve operational processes and customer servicesQualificationsAssociate degree or higher, preferably in Electrical-Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fieldsExperience in data management and cleansing; ability to identify and correct incomplete or inaccurate system dataProficient in data analysis and reporting; able to support decision-making processes through analytical skillsStrong command of Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, ERP systems; attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to read/write technical documents in English
