Technical Service Rep/Dispatcher

**Purpose**
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an ISDT Dispatcher. This position involves answering customer calls, assembling orders, arranging transportation of equipment, and providing documentation and certification for equipment used to support the Intervention Services and Drilling Rental Tools (ISDT) business. The successful candidate will ensure operators receive proper assignments, tools, and support necessary to complete work in a timely fashion. This role provides customer service both externally and internally within oilfield dispatch operations. You will be responsible for order fulfillment of jobs in a timely and accurate manner to ensure equipment, tools, and services are delivered to clients meeting their expectations.

**Qualifications** **Experience**
+ Drilling or Service rig experience
+ Management and/or Supervisory experience
**Responsibilities and Duties**
+ Take customer calls on a shift basis for 24-hour coverage
+ Assess customer needs and make appropriate recommendations
+ Organize job requirements and coordinate with shop technicians to prepare equipment
+ Contact Fishing Tool Operators to come to the shop for loading and job deployment
+ Brief operators on job requirements and verify equipment readiness before departure
+ Organize and arrange shipping of equipment to other branches
+ Ensure proper completion of documentation including Delivery Tickets, Invoices, transfers, and weight bills
+ Adapt to operational changes as needed
+ Collect morning reports from operators in the field
+ Continuously advance personal knowledge base and research improvement opportunities
+ Communicate potential company-detrimental problems to management
+ Maintain updated expense and vehicle forms
+ Keep company vehicles up to standards without unauthorized accessories
+ Represent the company professionally
+ Train personnel when required
+ Establish and maintain positive customer relations
+ Use annual vacation appropriately with minimal carry-over
+ Participate in required job and HSSE Training
+ Input job information into JETS job and employee tracking system
