Job Title: Technical Service Coordinator

Pay Range: $72,000 - $92,000 annually

Our client in the Industrial Manufacturing industry is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate must be able to act as a bridge between technical teams and other departments; coordinating resources, schedules, and information flows. This role will focus on coordinating field service technicians & engineers for onsite customer visits. Assisting with machine set-up and repairs.

What’s the Job?

Coordinating Field Service Tech and Engineers in the field for machine set-up and repairs. 65% Coordination and 35% Front Line Technical phone support. Provided excellent Customer Service, communication, and technical knowledge/direction. Maintain and improve documentation, creating and updating technical specifications and user manuals. Assist with training and development of technical staff. Identify opportunities to improvement process workflows.

What’s Needed?

Bachelor Degree preferred OR relevant experience. 5 years minimum of related experience and training: HVAC or Industrial background; scheduling onsite repairs, etc.. Must have technical expertise and a strong understanding of technical concepts and systems. Ability to speak effectively with employees of organizations, engineering staff, and supervisors. Ability to plan organize and execute projects effectively. Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
