As a Technical Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Drawing on your trade experience, you will take ownership of arranging and scheduling work for the service team and coordinating field service activities. Your practical knowledge will drive day-to-day efficiency, while keeping communication clear and consistent across all teams. You will collaborate with technicians, customers, suppliers and management to minimise downtime and streamline workflows. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate field service jobs to keep operations running smoothly Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians Responding to queries and maintain good customer relations and preparation of quotations. Provide technical guidance and support to field service teams Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard Maintain service records, track job progress, and manage workflow Assist with parts ordering, invoicing, and reporting as needed Monitor and track work in progress About you Prior experience as a technician working on earthmoving or material handling equipment Strong mechanical or electrical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose issues Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Ready to transition into a coordination role and support a skilled team Proficiency in service management systems or willingness to learn Strong communication & interpersonal skills BenefitsBenefits
