Technical Service Assistant - CB2 - NM

We are currently looking for a Technical Service Assistant to join us at our facility in Tanger, Morocco.

Carry out the technical monitoring of the products and the implementation of actions plan according to the objectives set by the Site & Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Respect and enforce safety instructions in the site.

Be the technical interface for the customer on paint shop.

Assist the customer on paint shop in the application of our products by consulting and monitoring application parameters.

To be a driving force for the continuous improvement of the provision of technical assistance.

Conduct tests for validation of new products.

Guarantee a better reputation of Axalta with the customer.

Main Activities:

Fill in the database of quality incidents.

Periodically check the robot's parameters.

Assure the first level assistance on the line of paint shop.

Participate in production meetings on the line of paint shop.

Monitor programs and trigger the production of batches of products.

Analyze the causes of product defects.

React to the defects and solve it on the line.

Ensure customer information / Axalta.

Have interpersonal skills / empathy.

Ensure prompt intervention with the customer in case of malfunction during the implementation of our products.

Key Requirements:

Min. 3 years of experience on similar position

French – must have and English – min.B2+

Experience in Automotive industry is nice to have

Very good communication skills and proactive attitude
