Technical Service Administration Back Office Manager
In this role, a typical day will include:
Responsible for delivering administrative support to the Technical Service in Europe, Turkey and Russia establishing efficient SOP's, team performance and excellent collaboration between Back-Office, Front-Office, Field service, Service managers and local SX organization in accordance with standard operational procedures to meet global, regional, and local goals.
How you will make a difference:
Act as subject matter expert to assist in review, design, improve and document processes for end-to-end TS processing according to global SOP's – providing input to global processes and identifying and documenting localizations, as needed,Act as super user for the TS systems and processes,Responsible for delivering accurate and timely execution of all administrational processes in high quality to secure optimal performance of the commercial and operational KPI's,Drive process improvement throughout the team,Leading the team to deliver excellent admin support to the counties in the region and challenge status quo to expand the scope of admin support helping the business to grow furtherMonitor and improve service delivery performance of the team and take corrective action, as necessary,Support end to end process execution on issue escalation, clarification, resolution, and closure of issues,Provide leadership in support of organizational direction and cultureCollaborate closely with the other TS Operations teams to deliver excellent operations support to the business.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Minimum 3 years of experience in team management or leadership roles,Strong command of English language,Proven track record of providing effective business support and taking full ownership of tasks and projects,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with hands-on experience in people management and team development,A quality-focused, solution-oriented mindset.Excellent MS office skills, knowledge to SAP, SalesForce and ServiceMAX is an advantageHigh organizational talent and the ability to look at processes as a whole and analytically to focus on improving complex admin processesUnderstanding of business, service, and product commercialization processes in the medical device industry as an advantageHOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:
