Job Description

Scrum Master for facilitating and guiding the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework – which includes organising and leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values.Guide and coach 2-3 Scrum teams in Agile practices and principlesFacilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Retrospective)Support Scrum and Kanban practices for teams using this methodologyRemove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvementAssist in backlog refinement and sprint planningPromote transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the teamsCollaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog health and prioritizationFoster a culture of high performance and continuous learningProtect teams from external disruptions and distractionsFacilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholdersSupport and educate the organization in its Agile adoption journey.
