Job Title: Technical Scrum Master Job Description Scrum Master for facilitating and guiding the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework – which includes organising and leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values. + Guide and coach 2-3 Scrum teams in Agile practices and principles + Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) + Support Scrum and Kanban practices for teams using this methodology + Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement + Assist in backlog refinement and sprint planning + Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the teams + Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog health and prioritization + Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning + Protect teams from external disruptions and distractions + Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders + Support and educate the organization in its Agile adoption journey.
