Develop and optimize experimental workflows aligned with customer applications across various industries
Design automated system configurations by integrating products from Thermo Fisher’s comprehensive portfolio
Support integration of instruments through a solid understanding of communication protocols and system architecture
Deliver impactful technical consultation and value propositions to strategic accounts in pharma and biotech sectors
Drive customer engagement by partnering with global sales, application, and technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutions
Foster collaboration across cross-functional departments—including sales, application, marketing, and service—to ensure consistent delivery and customer happiness
Contribute to organizational knowledge by participating in internal training, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote the adoption of innovative automation technologies to help customers improve operational efficiency and scientific outcomes
[Qualifications]
EducationBachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
ExperienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience in laboratory automation, including robotics, liquid handling systems, and integration of diverse instrumentation
Proven hands-on experience with life science instruments such as microplate readers, ELISA, qPCR, spectrophotometers, or automated imaging platforms
Experience working in customer-facing technical roles or cross-functional project teams is preferred

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex workflows and propose innovative automation strategies
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer value
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a background in assisting global collaborators
