The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for creating competitive quote proposals and processing incoming customer orders for production. Additionally, they serve as the direct point of contact for our customers, providing guidance on all technical-related questions. This position requires sharp attention to detail and strong communication with internal and external partners to drive successful sales outcomes while following corporate guidelines and policies. The Technical Sales Specialist will report to the Sales Manager.
The work model for the role is onsite, at the Pointe-Claire location, and the role is contributing to the Installation Products division.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Bachelor’s degree (with 3+ years related experience preferred).Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across departments to achieve business goals.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Cooperative, solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills.Fluent in both spoken and written French and English. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.Why ABB?
