The primary objective of this role is to support customer engagement and grow the customer base in alignment with organizational goals. The position entails general sales activities, leveraging core competencies to investigate, identify, and develop new business opportunities across established and emerging markets and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and manage offers and quotations for prospective and current customers involving both existing and new products.
+ Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and seminars to promote offerings and build customer relationships.
+ Conduct in-person visits to both existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
+ Efficiently input customer data into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure prompt entry of sales orders into production systems.
+ Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to expand the organization’s footprint in new and existing markets.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless transition from prospect to customer and proper alignment with technical specifications.
+ Collect market data and compile reports on trends, growth opportunities, and the impact of ongoing efforts to management.
+ Conduct contract reviews to ensure accuracy (e.g., terms and conditions, export regulations, etc.).
+ Oversee billing and occasional shipping activities as necessary.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Proven experience in technical or mechanical sales and contract review.
+ 2+ years’ experience in sales.
+ Background in industries such as Technology, engineering or mechanics.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to foster customer-centric solutions.
+ Track record of being self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
+ Proficiency in prospecting and product presentation.
Preferred (Not required):
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
+ Technical education in engineering or material science
+ Familiarity with managing contract requirements.
