Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to conquer new, colossal, and game-changing customer accounts for ESS! **Your Exciting Adventure Awaits:** + Craft a master plan to win over customers like a chess grandmaster - all in perfect harmony with our VNA & Corporate Strategies! + Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes to uncover hidden leads and golden opportunities. + Become the ultimate sales cycle ninja, mastering the art of consultative-selling from prospecting to creative solutions to client onboarding. + Transform into a presentation wizard, conjuring up spellbinding collateral for prospects (with a little magic from our Corporate/Marketing and Sales Operations teams). + Be the Salesforce whisperer, chronicling the epic tales of your prospect evolution and sales conquests. + Engage prospects like a social butterfly, fluttering through exploratory meetings, quotes & proposals, all the way to the grand finale of contract execution. + Team up with our Account Manager and Technical Customer Advisor to craft transition plans smoother than a fresh jar of skippy. + Unleash your inner visionary to create an initial account plan that'll make your colleagues go "Wow!" + Be ready to embark on other thrilling quests as directed by your trusty guide, the Strategy & Growth Manager. **Qualifications** **Required Experience and Background:** + Several years of experience in the hazardous waste industry, either with Veolia, as a customer, or with a competitor + Proven track record in sales or account management, with demonstrated year-over-year growth + In-depth knowledge of waste transport, disposal, and recycling technicalities + Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in science, mathematics, or business is preferred **Essential Skills and Attributes:** + Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities + Ability to work independently and autonomously, with strong self-motivation + Excellent customer relationship management skills + Capacity to balance customer needs with ESS solutions effectively + Comfort with frequent travel while maintaining connectivity with the home office + Superior communication skills, both verbal and written + Strong organizational skills with the ability to adhere to standard processes **Additional Requirements:** + Willingness to complete Veolia training programs as required + Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent **Additional Information** **Targeted Annual Pay Range:** Minimum of $100000 to a maximum of $125000 **Benefits:** Veolia's comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
