Job Purpose
Join our Marine, Protective and Yacht coatings business and you will maximise the sales and profitability of our Yacht brands by providing technical client and frontline sales support in your region. This will include dealing with enquiries and complaints regarding our products as well as assisting customers with specialised product and process knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
• Optimise business growth opportunities within existing client base.
• Identify & win new business.
• Create a sales implementation plan based on the agreed sales targets
• Train customers on the use & application of company products, equipment and documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Performs technical scans and audits at designated customers
• Proactively prevent & solve technical problems
• Support our product testing process & assist in the implementation of new products and technologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues in handling complex technical issues & claims.
• Provide regular performance reporting.
• Monitor trends/competitor activity & share insight with the business.
Job Requirements
• Technical qualifications.
• In-depth (technical) knowledge of the Yacht market and Yacht products.
• Solid relevant experience in paint, general industry, or other manufacturing business.
• Record of delivering consistent profitable sales growth within a fast-paced environment.
