Key Responsibilities:
Identify client needs and offer tailored, consultative solutions (solution provider rather than traditional sales approach). Present high-value-added solutions and determine ROI for capital equipment when applicable. Prepare proposals, maintain strong client relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Use a CRM system for follow-ups, recommend sales performance improvements, and manage client retention strategies. Stay current on technical requirements and related equipment/services in the industry.Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary with commissions. Mileage allowance and full health insurance coverage (100% paid by employer). Potential to reach a six-figure income.Skills and qualifications :
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong technical knowledge (e.g., ventilation, electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, heating, etc.). Experience in industrial painting is highly desired. Excellent communication skills in both French and English, proficient with Microsoft Office, and comfortable with math. Team player who enjoys challenges and is willing to travel occasionally (30–40% of the workload, mainly within Québec, some travel in Canada and rarely the USA).
