WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

 

We're seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join our team! In this exciting role, you will:

Drive technical sales, promote BASF additives in designated countries and key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customer management and research teams. Identify Growth Opportunities, collect and evaluate commercial and technical potentials, documenting findings in Salesforce. Conduct product trainings, deliver training sessions for customers, sales staff, and other groups, organizing and implementing seminars and webinars across EMEA and specified regions. Analyze market trends, gather information on competitive pricing, portfolio gaps, market trends, and new products, defining new product profiles and market potentials in collaboration with local and global marketing units. YOUR PROFILE

 

Bachelor's degree in a relevant Chemical or Technical fieldMin. 5 years of proven experience in the chemical industry, specifically in paints and coatings sector. Preferable experience with additivesAt least 2 years of experience in technical sales or marketingFluency in Dutch and English is essential; business proficiency in German is requiredStrong customer-oriented mindset with excellent commercial and presentation skillsHold a valid driving license and be ready to travel internationally up to 25% for engaging customer visitsWHAT WE OFFER
