Serves as a key resource for complex customer projects and internal collaboration. Solves advanced commercial and application challenges by leveraging both technical and market insight.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngages directly with high profile clients to assess needs and identify opportunities for sales and service improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Influences to enhance product development and support long-term strategic planning within the organization. Builds strong relations to implement tailored solutions for clients, ensuring all solutions align with customer specifications and company capabilities to ensure . Implements processes to improve technical bid accuracy, internal response time, and overall customer experience across the sales cycle. Analyzes industry trends and competitor activities to guide product strategy and support informed decision-making. Collaborates and provide technical expertise and support?to the sales team and clients throughout the sales process ensuring alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals. Forecasts sales targets, market trends, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Helps establish and implement customer success initiatives, collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent follow-up and post-sales support. Acts as a company representative at key events, building relationships and highlighting core offerings.
