Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth

Lead sales initiatives for AUT ESS and Digital products, ensuring alignment with customer’s needs and Voith’s offering; Develop tailed solutions to address customer challenges and drive value; Achieve/Exceed sales targets with focus products.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers; Act as a liaison between customers and Voith’s business units, seamless communication and collaboration.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

Analyze industry trends, competitor activies, analyze market trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities; Gather and share customer insights and business intelligence to support cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above > 3 years Paper & Pulp industry Automation related Basic English for listening, speaking and writing Familiar with Microsoft office tools
