**Job title** – Technical Sales Manager
**Location** – Poland
As a Technical Sales Manager, you are responsible for promoting the full range of Campus’s products and technologies, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial strategy across your assigned territory. You play a key role in driving sustainable growth for both Campus and its customers by leading all sales efforts with precision and purpose. At the same time, you act as a brand ambassador, safeguarding and enhancing the company’s image in the market.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Develop a deep understanding of Campus functional products and technologies, the reference market, and its key stakeholders—including customers, competitors, retailers, distributors, and regulatory bodies - as well as underlying market trends and dynamics
+ Define and align with Top Management on a focused and actionable commercial strategy for the assigned territory
+ Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships, ensuring the successful execution of commercial agreements in line with company guidelines
+ Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, identifying and managing growth opportunities across the territory
+ Contribute to the development, implementation, and achievement of annual budgets; monitor performance and take corrective actions when needed
+ Leverage the CRM system as a central tool for sales management, and collaborate effectively with internal functions such as Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, and Sampling to resolve issues and drive results

**You Bring **
+ A strong technical background with 5–8 years of experience in a commercial role within the food industry, including expertise in meat and savory ingredients. Experience in flavour sales is a plus
+ A university degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Marketing, or Business Management; an MBA is preferred
+ Fluency in English and Polish, enabling effective communication across diverse teams and markets
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively
+ Strong presentation, leadership, and management capabilities, with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams
+ A customer-focused mindset and robust negotiation skills, applying a win-win, fact-based, diplomatic, and well-prepared approach
