Position Summary

Build and maintain strong relationshiphs in strategic OEM accounts and foster business growth. Oversee and navigate the complexities of the local Tech-ecosystem. Promote and integrate optical sensor technology into the automotive and semicon market. Accompany product trials (MVP) ensuring successful market entry and customer feedback. Collaborate with the local Key Account and Sales Development Managers to develop a deep market penetration.

Main Tasks

1. Build & Grow: Forge and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key OEM accounts to foster significant business growth.

2. Navigate & Integrate: Master the local tech-ecosystem and champion the integration of our advanced optical sensor technology into customer applications.

3. Innovate & Validate: Lead product trials (MVP), gathering crucial customer feedback to ensure successful market entry and future development.

4. Strategic & Penetrate: Work hand-in-hand with our local Key Account and Sales Development Managers to develop and execute strategies for deep market penetration.

5. Collaborate & Execute: Be the vital link between our customers and our global expert team, ensuring market strategies are effectively implemented.

Requirements

Education

A Master’s degree (MSc) in Engineering, Electronics, Optoelectronics, or a comparable field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 -5 years of industry experience, ideally within an international environment.
