We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Sales Consultant - Services to join our Sales Team in Houten, Utrecht. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with customers, developing tailored sales enablement plans, and implementing technical solutions to support revenue and margin goals. Your expertise in providing pre-sales technical support, conducting training sessions, and configuring complex sales tools will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and driving business success.

As a subject matter expert, you will work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. You will be tasked with solving complex problems, taking ownership of projects, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the company.

What you will be doing at Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions:

Sales Enablement: Consult, develop, and implement technical and related sales enablement plans with partners and internal/external customers to support revenue and margin objectives.

Pre-Sales Support: Provide pre-sales technical support, complex sales tool configurations, and systems design to enable the implementation of software solutions and/or products.

Training & Certifications: Conduct technical training sessions for partners and sales teams; assist customers and partners with technical certifications and product/technology demonstrations.

Technical Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, emerging technologies, and current issues to provide informed guidance to customers and partners.

Acts as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience.

Represents a career level that may remain stable for many years or until retirement.

Utilizes best practices and insights into internal and external business issues to enhance products, services, or processes.

Resolves intricate problems, often involving situations where precedent does not exist.

Frequently leads project teams and formally trains junior staff members.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales functions in IT

Technical expertise: strong knowledge of technical solutions, sales tools, and systems design; managed services experience is a must have

Fluency in Dutch

Problem-solving skills: ability to resolve complex technical and business challenges independently.

Training & leadership experience: proven ability to lead project teams, conduct training, and mentor junior staff.

Sales & customer engagement skills: demonstrated experience in pre-sales support and enabling sales efforts to achieve targeted goals.

Dutch market and European IT trends knowledge: active interest in staying informed about industry standards and technological advancements in the Netherlands

Driver’s license and availability for frequent business travel within the Netherlands

Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
